1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okb8 platform — whether through the website at okb8.net, a mobile browser, or any associated application — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okb8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the okb8 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the okb8 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okb8.

2 Eligibility

Use of the okb8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online gambling participation under the regulatory framework applicable in the Philippines.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of okb8 or any of its technology or game supply partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from okb8 or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

okb8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source following a standard verification process.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on okb8, you are required to register an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one active okb8 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. okb8 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okb8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode with any other person. okb8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

okb8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by okb8 may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Payments

okb8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

All deposit methods used on okb8 must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified okb8 account. Deposits made from payment instruments belonging to third parties will be declined or reversed.

okb8 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okb8's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit on the cashier screen.

okb8 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where a deposit is suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on okb8 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. okb8 may require additional identity documents before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• okb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

okb8 does not charge a standard withdrawal processing fee. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment provider or bank upon receipt of funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okb8 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all okb8 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified okb8 players in eligible jurisdictions only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in promotion-specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Abuse: okb8 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus amounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

okb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the okb8 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money.

okb8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable digital games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professionally managed studio environments. The outcomes of all games are determined by the applicable game mechanics and are not subject to manipulation by okb8 or its players.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, power failure, or game software error — okb8 reserves the right to void any wager affected by the malfunction. Where technically feasible, affected funds will be returned to the player's okb8 account balance. okb8 is not liable for losses incurred due to technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okb8 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating or operating more than one okb8 account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by okb8.

okb8 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including suspension, termination, and legal referral, at its sole discretion.

9 Responsible Gaming

okb8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all okb8 account holders via the account dashboard:

10 Privacy & Data

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the okb8 platform — including but not limited to the okb8 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, software, game content licensed to okb8, and all written content — is owned by or licensed to okb8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okb8 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any okb8 content without the express prior written consent of okb8.

Any unauthorised use of okb8 intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the okb8 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

okb8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okb8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okb8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okb8 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okb8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — okb8 will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by direct communication to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the okb8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and okb8, you agree to first contact okb8's support team to seek an informal resolution. okb8 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised with okb8 support, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
